Services
We offer two options for property owners.
Tenant placement includes:
- Marketing the property to tenants, including taking photos and placing your unit on major rental sites.
- Showing the property to prospective tenants.
- Executing a full credit and criminal background check.
- Verifying employment and pay level.
- Drafting and preparing leases that are up-to-date and legally compliant.
- Seeing the process through contract signing, including answering questions and troubleshooting last-minute issues.
Cost: 75% of first month’s rent
Full-service management includes:
- All services in tenant placement.
- Ongoing rent collection (includes any HOA dues).
- Quarterly home inspections.
- Quick and fast resolution to any issues (e.g., timely repairs).
- 24/7 maintenance line.
- Representation in small claims court (Iowa only).
- Detailed statements of costs, including suggestions to improve the home.
Cost: 75% of first month’s rent plus 10% of ongoing rent
